Monday night’s Club Intrigue was another successful event marked by the record attendance topping out at over 120 stylists from across the region.
The building was buzzing with energy and eager stylists were ready to receive and exchange information and new ideas. With presentations featuring stylists Chad from A La Mode, Ben from Bob Steele Salon, Rachael from Salon Studio Red (McDonough GA), James from James Madison, Liz from Intrigue Salon, and Nick from Arrojo Studio (NYC) it was a cornucopia of ideas and techniques.
The diversity of these stylists speaks to the open, inclusive environment created at Club Intrigue. This type of open exchange has been elevating Atlanta’s hair culture and strengthening the community bond amongst stylists across the region as marked by the rapid growth of attendees through the years. Variety is the spice of Club Intrigue with stylists from 33 different salons represented Monday night.
At Club Intrigue it doesn’t matter what color/product line you use or if you started doing hair yesterday or 30 years ago, all are welcome. Intrigue’s ability to facilitate such an open, welcoming environment has inspired stylists to take more responsibility for their own education and not be reliant solely on manufacturers for new information.
These events have created a truly viral, grassroots movement that continues to grow due to communication between hairdressers. If you want to be where the action is check the education tab on the website to find out when you’ll be coming to Club Intrigue.
